What information does BHA collect?

If you utilize any of the location-based services in our mobile applications, such as the functionality that allows you to search for a participating FFL in your area, BHA and our third-party service providers may collect, use, and share location data, including the real-time geographic location of your device. BHA uses such information to provide and improve location-based products and services. You may opt-out from further allowing us to have access to your location data by adjusting the permissions in your mobile device.
How BHA Shares Your Information
BHA does not sell or rent your personal information collected on the Site to non-affiliated third parties unless you have opted into such sharing. However, BHA may share your personal information submitted at the Site among other members of our affiliated group of companies, who may use that information only to the extent consistent with the policies described in this Privacy Policy. To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the “My Account” section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that BHA may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.
